Hi and thank you for your questions and photos. Judging from your photos, you do appear to have enough breast tissue to have a nice result from a breast lift with auto augmentation, This involves using your own breast tissues and rearranging it to create a pleasant breast.  Unfortunately this cannot be done without scars.  The scars will however fade with time.  Best of luck.

Hi and thank you for your photo and question.  A tummy tuck should only enhance and improve your curviness.  You can tell from your photo that you already have a nice waist..it’s just hiding a bit under the extra skin.  A tummy tuck will also tighten your abdominal muscles which will also further define your waist. Hi and thank you for your photos and questions.  Yes, you have fairly large breasts and partially because of that (as well as other factors such as genetics) they do have some ptosis, or sagging.  You most definitely do not need implants, that would only worsen your ptosis.  A vertical breast lift plus or minus a small reduction would be indicated.  A small reduction would take some of the heaviness off of your breasts to help decrease recurrent sagging.  Best to meet in person with a ps who…

Hi and thank you for your excellent question.  What determines how “much” you can have done at one time really depends on length of surgery, complexity of surgery, your overall health and the surgeon’s abilities.  In general, a tummy tuck, breast lift, and lower eyelid should be perfectly safe to do all together if you are in otherwise good health and your surgeon feels she is able to do so.  Best to meet with a couple surgeons to get their opinions and review your case specifically.

Hi and thank you for your photos and questions.  Breasts can sag for many reasons, including weight loss, pregnancies, genetics, among others.  Yes, you do have a component of tuberous nipples/breasts, and you also have ptotic or droopy breasts,  This can all be improved upon greatly with a breast lift with implants.  While your breasts will not improve with weight loss, it is best if you are as close as possible to your ideal weight before surgery.  Best of luck!

Hi and thank you for your photos and questions. Yes, you appear to be a great candidate for a mommy makeover.  A full tummy tuck will remove your loose skin and correct the muscle separation you appear to have.  A breast augmentation with lift will give you some of the pregnancy breasts back.  Depending on you wishes for breast size/shape/etc, you will need a circumeareolar lift vs a lolliop lift.  An in person examination and discussion can best determine this.  Best of luck!

I am so sorry you have had such an unpleasant experience.  A tummy tuck (full vs possible mini)  is the best solution to fix this, however it is unclear from these pictures alone if you have enough loose skin and skin excess to perform a tummy tuck.  An in person examination can determine this easily.  Additional lipo will make this worse.  Best to meet with a couple surgeons to get their opinions! Hi and thank you for your photos and questions.  Judging from your photos, you have 2 different shaped and sized breasts with asymmetric inframammary folds and nipple positions.  The cup size increase can definitely be addressed with a breast augmentation but you will likely need a circumareolar lift to improve nipple position and symmetry.  Best to meet in person so your skin quality/envelope can be assessed and your options can be discussed in detail.
