Patient presented with complaints of facial aging. She did not like the appearance of her neck line and the extra skin and banding. She also had complaints of jowling and wrinkling in the lower face and loss of upper face and cheek volume. She underwent a necklift with SMAS procedure as well as a necklift with submental plastysmaplasty.
