63 year old woman who had a breast reconstruction 2 years prior to Dr. Berman seeing her and developed hardness on the left side with grade 4 capsule formation and had difficulty fully raising her arm due to the scarring and tightness in her left breast. Dr. Berman changed implants from 615cc textured implants to 520cc smooth silicone implants. on the left side, dr berman changed implants... He also removed almost all of the capsule on the left side. On the right side, he changed the previously placed 360cc saline implant on the right to a 295 cc silicone implant and did a breast reduction to achieve
