60 Year Old Miss Treated With Nose Job Procedure, Eyelid Removal Surgery With Dr. Dominick Gadaleta, MD, Menlo Park, California (94025)
This patient had lifelong nasal obstruction. On exam, her septum was noted to be extremely deviated. She also wanted to improve her around-the-eye aging and nasal shape. She underwent open rhinoplasty with septoplasty, as well as upper blepharoplasty to help remove some of the excess skin of the upper eyelid. She is now 3 months recovered from her procedure.
