Facial hyperpigmentation is a very difficult problem to treat especially in patients with darker skin. In Toronto, I like to wait until the fall to start treatment. However, always use a excellent sunscreen everyday and if you are outside in the sun re-apply every 4 hours.Combination treatment are usually needed such as topical applications, chemical peels and even non-ablative laser technology.

The nerve will not grow back, but the sensation will slowly return. Most sensation will return by 8 years,but sometimes it will take much longer as other sensory nerves will take over. There is nothing you can do to speed up the process

Your eyebrows are in a good position so you have extra skin in your upper lids that need to be removed. also you have fat bags in your lower eyelids that can be surgically corrected.If you are not yet prepared for surgery, the the use of fillers to camouflage the lower eye bags and Botox to raise to eyebrows can be used to improve the appearance of your eyes

Filler are known to have caused blindness when injected around the nose area especially when injected quickly. Fillers are thick and if injected into an artery can cause problems whereas Botox is a liquid and if Botox were to be injected into an artery nothing would happen.
I have a very asymmetrical smile and face. Will Botox or Juvederm be able to fix it?

For animation asymmetry, Botox is often used especially in patients who have recovered from Bell’s Palsy.  For the volume problem, filler or Kybella have been used to reduce the cheek volume, but it is off-label. 
How effective is PRP? My hair has been thinning for years.

My female patients have had very good results in maintaining their hair with PRP treatments. PRP makes the hair follicle thicker and stronger. It will awaken the sleeping hair follicles, but those that have died, PRP will not help. I would suggest PRP as soon as possible. Glad you had blood test to show your thyroid + Hb are OK

Rhinophyma is a skin condition of the nasal skin where the sebaceous glands increase in size. Topical application can slow the process as well with oral medication. Treatment to smooth and debulk the skin can be performed.
