It looks like you have some extra scarring from either tissue loss or too much tension. You could address this issue with either surgical revision, making your nipples even smaller, or with tattooing of the scars to blend with the surrounding nipple.

Unfortunately your issue will not resolve on its own. Most patients can feel the implants at the base of the breast as this is where the tissue coverage is the thinnest and gravity exerts its strongest effects. In addition, as in your case, the edges of a "teardrop" or "gummy bear" implant are always easier to feel than soft round ones. You would be a terrible candidate. You need to reach a BMI of 30 before surgery is safe. I advise you meet with a trainer and revisit your diet. You have to take control of your body. You'll be much happier and healthier in the end.

The least expensive and most effective option would be surgery. Noninvasive treatments may give you partial and temporary corrections, but surgery is the only thing that will truly work. In addition, most noninvasive treatments require a series or repeat treatments every 6 months to a year. In the long run you'll spend more money trying to avoid surgery, and be less happy with the result.

100% you would benefit most from lower eyelid surgery. This surgery would address your wrinkles, bags, and dark under eye circles. Non-surgical options like fillers, peels,prp, and lasers may slightly help, but surgery would be the most effective and economic. Make sure you meet with a board certified surgeon who offers both surgery and non-invasive treatments. They can give you the best advice. If a doc only has a hammer in their toolbox everything is a nail.

You are still in th vety early postoperative period. It is much to early to judge results as your breasts will change a great deal over the next month. Currently, your breasts are very swollen from inflammation and much larger than the final result. In addition your implants are riding high which can make the breasts look saggy. Once everything shrinks and settles you I'll be much happier.

It looks like you have a little stepoff from your muscle/breast interface. This can be improved relatively easily with filler or fat graft. However, I would wait 6-12 months before correction as things can change as the implant settles and the muscle adapts.

First of all, you have a beautiful face and smile. You don’t need anything. However, I can’t tell you how you feel. If you are really bothered I see 2 options. You can lower the left brow with dysport or you can raise the right brow with a small browlift. The dysport would likely be less than $100, but would need repeated every 3-4 months. The browlift would likely be betwee $1500-3000.

The bottom half of your implant is only covered with skin and a small amount of fat/breast tissue. It sounds like you are at risk of implant exposure. I would get surgery soon otherwise you may lose the implant. In the meantime I’d advise wearing a soft supportive sports bra to take tension off the skin.

15.5 cm is a very wide base width. The discrepency in width may be due to Vectra measuring the width of the chest as opposed to the width of the breast. Regardless of whether a surgeon uses Vectra, a ruler, an abacus, whatever, it is more important that they have a system they have experience using that gives consistent results. I’d focus more on before and after pics and MD credentials ie. Board Certication by American Board of Plastic Surgery

You have a very nice result, but your breast and nipple do sit low. Sometimes it is hard to determine preoperatively how the breast will fill out after an implant is placed, and whether the a lift is worth the vertical scar. I typically use both the fold/nipple relationship AND the upper breast border/nipple relationship to determine need for lift. It is difficult to give advice without formal evaluation, but your probl m looks like swelling. This may be from allergies. I would start a regular antihistamine, like Claritin, and see if this helps. Another thing to try would be a caffeine containing eye cream. Best of luck!
