Hi and thank you for posting your experience. The recurrence of nipple inversion usually happens because the forces that cause the inversion in the first place (example: tight ducts) overcomes the release from surgery. Before surgery, if the nipples could every with some pressure, simple suture and duct releasing techniques could help.
