In my opinion it is too soon to consider a revision rhinoplasty at 3 months. You can have continued changes in your nose for up to 12 months, so it would be better to wait and make a decision at that point. In some situations I have injected low dose steroids to treat the scar tissue, which could be causing irregularities.

In my experience with performing rhinoplasty surgery for the past 25 years, swelling is normal 2 weeks post op. You really can't appreciate the final results for 1 year. Not knowing exactly what technique your surgeon used or seeing preoperative photos of your nose it is not possible to know what your expected outcome should be. It would be best for you to share your concerns with your surgeon.
