More than likely this is just swelling which will subside in the next 6-12 weeks. Your rhinoplasty specialist would show you how to massage the area and will inform you if they placed grafts in the region which leads to swelling. In either case be patient as the full rhinoplasty results are not visible for up to two years after surgery. Hope this is helpful.

In the first instance I would recommend seeing your surgeon. This is called skin necrosis and is caused by excess pressure or tension on the cartilage. It produces great results and what people consider bumps or nodules is actually the product working under the skin. Problems arise when inexperienced people inject this great filler incorrectly in superficial levels. I have treated cases of patients who were resistant to Botox with Xeomin and they have responded. I think that you either have hyperactive bulky muscles that need more units or that its just that you need more units, in general the more units the longer the duration of treatment.
