I think that your skin will not recover as I can already see some overhang below. Losing more weight will probably worsen this. It is best that you try to get to your optimal weight prior to considering another tummy tuck.

You have grade 2 breast ptosis and a Lollipop scar breast lift will improve the shape of your breast. To enhance upper pole fullness, you may consider some fat transfer to the upper pole. I don’t believe you need an implant.

Your photos do show that you have a mild form of tuberous breast. It is more so on the left side. A tear shaped implant will give a natural look in addition to expanding the tight lower pole skin. Your inframmary skin crease looks quite tight and you may require fat transfer to blend this area depending on the base width of the desired implant.
You will need a consultation to determine the above.

The fullness shown on your photos is due to muscle laxity and this will be tightened with a tummy tuck. I believe the separation of the muscle is more than 1/2 inch. You are a good candidate for the procedure and will have a significant improvement in your shape.

Hi. There is no evidence to show that milk production is increased with breast augmentation. However in very few cases, it may interfere with milk production.

Yes. You can have both procedures done together safely and the recovery will not be affected. It would make sense to have one downtime.

It is difficult to comment without photos but generally a significant amount of excess skin is removed to give you a better contour. Scars from drains are small and don’t seem to be an issue with my patients.
