This 30 year old patient had a rhinoplasty after he had fractured his nose in an accident. He was having trouble with breathing and his nose had become flattened, collapsed and widened. He did not wish to have a petite nose that looked as though it had been operated on. I took particular care to enhance his strong, masculine features, while being faithful to his ethnic background.
