There are various approaches to achieve the ideal balance of the lips. Fillers, Botox and other neurotoxins, and even surgery can all be utilized to achieve the ideal lip appearance.

A "minilift" or short-scar facelift, can address early aging changes along the jawline and neck - it especially is effective to treat the jowls.

I use similar techniques in the minilift as I do in a full facelift, to give a long-lasting and natural appearing result. This can be performed in most clients with a sedation anesthesia and recovery is about a week.

There are many possible fillers that could be used for this, but it is prudent to be sure there is no underlying medical cause for your symptoms.  I would recommend a CT scan to be sure there is adequate bone under the dent to have a filler placed.Options include Restylane Lyft, Juvederm Voluma, or Radiesse.

Packing is sometimes used after nasal surgery, but it must be removed or there is a risk of infection.  It is quite rare for it to be 'lost' or fall out.I do not use packing in nasal surgery - it is often uncomfortable and does not affect long-term results in my experience.

It is not uncommon after nasal surgery to have discharge from the nose, occasional bleeding, and even some light headedness. The sensation of a lump in your throat could be due to the anesthesia - either the breathing tube or a small injury to the uvula (the thing that hangs down in the back of the throat)Your surgeon will have more information for you at your post-operative visit.

Thank you for your question, you certainly have seen some improvement in facial contour with the filler treatment, but unfortunately your lower-eyelid area is best suited for a surgical procedure to remove or re-orient the fat under the eyes.

The relationship between the upper eyelids and the forehead and brows is complex. It appears from your pictures that you do not need a forehead lift (browlift). I wonder what you notice that you would like to improve with your appearance.  If you have lines in the forehead a treatment with Botox or Dysport may do more for this than surgery.  Hope this helps!

You may find that Scultpra is the perfect filler for you if you are thin and need volume throughout the face.  The effects come on quite slowly over many months so you'll have to be patient.  As it is injected throughout the face is will provide improvement in many areas, but be sure to see an experienced injector.
