This can happen due to the tendency of the filler and our eyelids to absorb water after a filler injection in the upper cheek or into the lower lid itself. The filler can be dissolved with hyaluronidase injections and this should help with the problem .

This is a very rare complication. If this has happened twice to you, it may mean that you have an underlying eyelid problem. The prescription drops will work better than any over the counter option. I would also consider seeing an eyelid specialist to examine your eyelids and adjust your next botox treatment to incorporate any underlying eyelid issues.
