It's likely that you have developed papulopustular rosacea. The doxycycline is very helpful.

In rare cases a 4th treatment will take care of any remaining sweating. It is not dangerous to undergo an additional treatment as this will take care of any remaining sweat glands. Be sure to wait at least 90 days after your last treatment though, as time sometimes is all that is needed.
