What type of BA procedure is ideal for me for a lift and slightly fuller, natural looking breasts? (ph
Breast Augmentation with Lift
Mar 30, 2020
Thanks for your question. Judging on your photographs alone, Your ideal result would be achieved after a breast augmentation and lift. This would allow your nipple and areola complex to be lifted and to reshape your breast into a lifted yet natural shape. An in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon would be best to confirm this plan.
Best of Luck.

Can I get still get fullness from just a lift without implants?
breast lift
Mar 7, 2020
Judging on the pictures you submitted, a breast lift with “auto augmentation” should allow you to have a nice result. Your breast shape will be rounder, more symmetric (with a minor reduction on the larger side), as well as a higher position of the nipple areolar complex. The top portion of your breast however won’t be much fuller once the tissue settles after 3 months. If you absolutely want much more fullness in the upper pole, a small implant will give you that. Of course, an…
Breast Augmentation Recovery: What Can I Expect?
Breast Augmentation Recovery
Feb 2, 2020
Recovery is typically 1 week, sometimes less. You can expect soreness for the first few days that really gets much better by 1 week, none of which should impede on your daily activities. Depending on the demands at work, you can return to work between 3-5 days later. Light exercise can be resumed by 2 weeks and regular exercise by 4 weeks. Scars really are not an issue- they are very well hidden and look great even at 1 week after surgery. By 2 and 3 months, scars are…
What is the typical rhinoplasty recovery like?
rhinoplasty recovery
Feb 2, 2020
Rhinoplasty recovery is typically 2 weeks for bruising to disappear. Bruising is typically under the eyes and by the cheeks since blood collects here internally after the nasal bones get intentionally fractured and manipulated. More than 2 weeks off of work isn’t needed. 1 week is okay too depending how comfortable you feel with putting on some makeup to cover up what’s left of the bruising or even wearing glasses to not attract much attention.
Results for the…
Should I get a breast reduction?
breast reduction surgery
Jan 20, 2020
Judging on your pictures, it appears that a 400g reduction would leave you with breast size that remains proportional to your body habitus but an in person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon is needed to confirm this. It is critical to remove tissue laterally (from the sides) as well to narrow the breast, not just from the lower portion of the breast.
Best of Luck!

Is there any way I can avoid a breast lift and just have the aug? Can I have a breast aug and lipo the
breast augmentation and liposicuction.
Jan 20, 2020
You can absolutely have breast augmentation and liposuction of a different part of your body during the same procedure. Breast augmentation alone would leave you with the same shape breasts (which some women may be okay with) but larger. Breast augmentation with a LIFT would allow to make your breast shape and position more ideal. Now you have breast skin overlapping onto your abdominal wall; without a lift that will still be there after augmentation alone. Doing the lift will…
Would I benefit from loose skin removal? I’ve lost over 100 pounds and I currently weight 117 and I’m
tummy tuck for loose skin
Apr 16, 2019
Judging from your pictures alone, It is difficult to say for certain that you have enough loose skin for a abdominoplasty. It appear so, but an in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon is needed to determine whether there is enough loose skin. If so, results are typically excellent, and the laxity will be much improved after the tummy tuck.
2 weeks post op and still pretty sore with muscle spasms frequently, is that normal?
normal postoperative recovery
Apr 16, 2019
It is not unusual to still have muscle soreness during the first several weeks after submuscular breast augmentation. Your anatomy is still getting accustomed to the new implant and stretching to accommodate it comfortably. See your surgeon for an examination to assure everything is healing normally.
Arm lift vs lipo: what would be the best option to tone my arms?
arm lift options
Apr 16, 2019
Judging from the pictures, it seems that you could have a reasonably nice result with liposuction alone (which comes with a mild degree of skin contraction) since it does not appear that you have excessively loose skin. An in-person consultation with a plastic surgeon is necessary to feel the soft tissue excess and skin laxity to determine if you are a good candidate for this.
I’m 32 years old 5 ft 1 and about 189lbs. My cup size is a 36H. Would I qualify for a breast reduction
Breast Reduction
Apr 11, 2019
Based on your symptoms, it seems that you are a good candidate for a breast reduction. Photos would be critical to evaluate this however. See a board certified plastic surgeon for an examination and consultation. There is a good chance that your medical insurance will cover your breast reduction if your surgeon deems it to be medically necessary. Good luck!
Should I wait to get a breast reduction until I’m done having children?
Breast reduction in relation to
Apr 8, 2019
If you are having pronounced back/shoulder/neck pain, breast reduction can be done prior to your last child. Doing so, however, keep in mind that the architecture and droopiness can again change after your last pregnancy/breast feeding. Also, about 20% of patients getting a breast reduction (that does not require a free nipple graft) will have decreased or lack of ability to breast feed. If it strictly for cosmetic reasons and you are planning to breast feed, it may make sense to wait until…
Will 520 or 560cc get me my wish boobs?
normal early postoperative outcome
Apr 4, 2019
The pictures you posted show a good outcome for early results. Your breasts will continue to settle into their position over the next several months. Try to be patient during this recovery period and see your plastic surgeon as scheduled for follow up examinations.
Would a surgeon know if he/she severed a nerve that causes permanent damage?
ear numbness after facelift
Apr 3, 2019
Earlobe numbness 6 weeks after a facelift is not uncommon. Most commonly, swelling around the great auricular nerve is the cause of this or a stretch of the tissue around the nerve. This should improve after several months. If your facial expressions and smile is symmetric and normal, then there has not been any injury to the motor branches of the facial nerve- this is a feared and very rare complication that would be apparent after surgery.
I got my breast augmentation 5 days ago. Do they look normal?
normal postoperative pictures
Apr 2, 2019
The early postoperative pictures you posted look fine. Reasonable symmetry and there doesn’t appear to be any localized area or bruising.
You should avoid lifting heavy things for the first month or so, but just because you did does not mean you damaged something internally. Walking is great and you should do so without restraint. See your plastic surgeon for an examination to assure that your breasts are continuing to heal well.
Postpartum body, what can I do that to remove excess fat around belly without have a tummy tuck? (phot
tummy tuck
Sep 6, 2018
Judging from your pictures, you will likely need a full abdominoplasty. It is best that you wait at least 6 months to a year after your delivery to allow the skin to naturally contract before undergoing surgery. Consult a plastic surgeon for a physical examination to confirm this.
