I would not expect to see significant bony facial changes after the age of 18. The decision whether you need a cosmetic rhinoplasty is entirely up to you. A consultation with a surgeon can help guide you with the decision if you remain unsure. Good question. You should be okay going in the sun a month and a half after your surgery. I always recommend wearing sunscreen when you are out in the sun.
