Cheek lines – can anything besides filler help?

These lines reflect gravity causing the cheeks to “sag”, Fillers would be the easiest way to start. But the trick is that it doesn’t go into the folds. The cheeks (and cheekbones) must be lifted and that will elevate the face. The lines will appear less deep. Surgical solutions such as a face lift or thread lift can be used but I would start with a simple solution first.

I like Juvederm Volbella.  It has an anesthetic and doesn’t cause swelling.  I am not sure what is available in your country, however.  Good luck !

A quick and easy remedy to try would be one syringe of Juvederm.  It can lift your eyebrows and when placed in the upper forehead/scalp junction does lift the forehead.  You are young and don’t need much!

When I inject the lower face, it is mainly to lessen the jowels.  I inject in front of the ear and get a pulling back, effect.  It is a non surgical face lift.  I typically also inject the mid face, often along the cheekbones, to further lift the lower face. The goal is not to eliminate each and every wrinkle, but to make a patient look younger and rested. A heavier filler needs to be used.  Ones that work well are Juvederm Voluma, Resylane Defyne, and Radiesse.

Well, it sounds like you have seen various experts.  You should bring your records to the next dermatologist you see.  A clinical exam can only help so much with hair loss. You most definitely can have filler injections while on antibiotics for acne.  In fact, one of the benefits of fillers is that they can be used to lift deep “ice pick” acne scars.  
Many acne patients take antibiotics long term.  There is no reason to deny filler injections whether for lip enhancement, wrinkles, folds, or for scar improvement.  Good luck !
