9 months post-op facelift – what exactly is wrong with my neck?
Residual neck fullness after facelift

There are several structures that can cause fullness in the neck- excess skin, subcutaneous fat, muscle, submandibular glands, and digastric muscles. As far as I can see, the prominent structures visible are a combination of submandibular gland and digastric muscle. In select cases, with those surgeons who are comfortable with this technique, those deeper structures can be partly removed (or suspended) to improve the fullness in this area.

From the photo is looks like your breast reduction was relatively recent. The shape of the breast would be expected to round out into a more natural form over time. It is too soon to consider any kind of revisionary procedure as you are very early in the post op healing phase. Typically in patients who have had a breast implant placed through an armpit incision (transaxillary breast augmentation) later implant removal is safely and effectively done through a crease incision. This allows straight forward access to the implant and the fold incision generally heals quite. Of course, these considerations are best reviewed with the plastic surgeon who would actually be performing your procedure. Hope that helps!
