Doctor’s answers

Based on these images, I would think you would achieve great results with liposuction +/- BBL. I would encourage you to book a formal consultation with a plastic surgeon to discuss your concerns thoroughly and have an in depth assessment to understand the pros and cons of each surgery and what will best achieve your desired results.
Jul 28, 2019
Given you are still in the early stages of recovery, I would think you still need time to allow things to settle before contemplating revision surgery. I understand that your surgeon is based overseas but I would strongly encourage that you contact them to discuss your concerns.
All the best

It is very likely that this can be fixed with revision surgery. I would suggest discussing all of your concerns honestly and openly with your surgeon at your next appointment. All the best.

It is probable that despite you being 3 months post op that the seroma may still dissipate on its own. However, if it is bothering you, you may ask your surgeon to refer you to have it drained at a radiology practice if he/she is not keen to do this in the rooms. All the best.
Jul 28, 2019
I would suggest that you return to your surgeon to discuss your concerns. It’s probable that given you had differing surgeries that you will experience different sensations in each breast. However, without reviewing you for to perform a formal assessment it is difficult to give you a firm answer. All the best.

I think you may benefit from a breast lift +/- fat transfer to the upper pole area in order to achieve the desired fuller breast (without the use of implants).
I would suggest you meet with a plastic surgeon to have a thorough consultation about your available options as well as the pro’s and con’s of each method, to make an informed decision on what procedure you are comfortable with and what will give you the best outcome.
All the best.

A tummy tuck would help to remove any excess skin and to tighten the abdominal area that may well be lax following liposuction for your BBL. However if you are considering losing any more weight I would hold off on this procedure until you get to your goal weight to achieve the best results. I would suggest discussing this with your surgeon further.
All the best!
