Thank you for your question.  Generally speaking, climate doesn’t affect healing, however for larger procedures that need a post op compression garment, these can be trickier to deal with in the hot weather in terms of sweating and overall comfort.  Lots of people do surgery in the summer and manage just fine.  Best of Luck!Dr. K.
