The donut lift will not give you the results you are looking for. An anchor or lollipop lift will give you a much better long lasting result. Scarring from the donut lift can be very poor and is often associated with significant stretching of your areola.

Hi C2DD, It depends on the kind of breast augmentation you have (a small incision under the breast would be most suitable) but most approaches do not adversely affect breastfeeding. There is not only one option for the removal of implants. It is best to discuss the different options with your surgeon as it is not necessary to use the existing incision. Ask your surgeon to explain the options most suitable for you. There is a possibility that the skin may have lost some elasticity or may sag a little after the removal.
