An in person exam is necessary to determine if you may have slight eyelid ptosis but my impression from four photos is that you do not. You do however have a negative canthal tilt which is a downward slant to the outer corner of the eyelid . The correction for this is a canthoplasty. That said there is nothing abnormal about a small negative canthal tilt

You have a mild degree of skin laxity but also a small residual fat pad and the appearance of a tight orbitomalar ligament. The correct treatment depends on a careful a valuation of these structures , be sure to see someone with significant experience

I would agree that you have a good deal of negative canthal tilt and scleral show and it would certainly be reasonable to have it corrected. Because of the genetic nature of your lateral canthal insertion it would need a formal canthoplasty to reposition that. Just be sure you see plastic surgeons with significant experience in that procedure, best of luck

Your breasts do not have a true tuberous deformity but they are somewhat constricted. I think a sub glandular or biplanar breast augmentation with some release of your breast gland would solve the problem

At your age the best solution is good quality skin care with moisturizers and vitamin C serum. I Would see an aesthetician and get on their regimen. Next steps beyond that would be a chemical peel or a few units of Botox into that segment of your lower eyelid

You are on the young side for a blepharoplasty and your photos don’t demonstrate that you have particularly bad tear troughs although you may still have filler present and that is important to know for your evaluation. It would appear that you have very little lax skin but if you have a particularly bad tear trough and a tight orbitomalar ligament that needs released then I typically do fat transposition or a septal reset procedure also to smooth her eyelid to cheek transition

It is not possible to gauge the appropriate size for you on photos alone. It takes in person consultation and measurements and having you try on implants and visualize them as well to make the best decision. I can see that you’re thin enough and have smaller breasts so that I would be recommending a sub muscular gel implant for you

You have an underlying anatomic basis for this line that demarcates your eyelid from your cheek. It is a tight insertion of your eyelid muscle to the bone of the orbital rim, referred to as the orbitomalar ligament. It is best treated surgically. In someone young like yourself it can be much improved with fillers and the Hyaluronic acid fillers are a naturally occurring substance in your skin. Please see a board certified plasic surgeon with a good deal of eyelid expertise

You look like a good candidate for a relatively simple open tip rhinoplasty to me. Very difficult to assess thick skin from a photo. Alar reduction (weir excision) is also a good idea
