In general, these three procedures can be performed at the same time. If they are to be performed at different times then the best path depends on your expectations and what are your main concerns. I've had patients have a facelift and CO laser with fat grafting months later. However, I have also had patients go each way (1. laser then facelift and fat transfer, 2. facelift and fat transfer then laser). I hope this helps.

In general, antibiotics are not "mandatory" but most surgeons will have the patient on antibiotics during the procedure and many would prescribe antibiotics after the procedure as well.

No. There is a limit to the body's response to Ultherapy treatments. There are many examples in life where the adage "a little bit is good more is not better" applies. Ultherapy follows this adage. There is no way to prevent horizontal neck wrinkles, You neck is a rotating, flexing, extending, twisting body part and these movements create creases...just like elbow creases exist because of the motion of your forearms, it's just a part of life.
It is true fillers, laser resurfacing and some neck lifts patients will see improvement (not elimination) in these creases. Creams do not work.

Yes, it is common to wash/rinse the hair after a facelift in the operating room. It is typically done with sterile water and by an experienced surgical staff team. The washing cleans the area of blood and other elements that can pose infection risks. Although it does add to surgery time, most experienced surgeons avoid taking short cuts (not washing the hair, for example) because of the risk of compromising results and the patient's health.I hope this helps.

Typically, the best recommendation is to follow the instructions of your treating board certified surgeon. Infections are typically treated with oral and topical antibiotics with cultures taken in most cases.
Preventing infection is the best course of action, however. When applying make-up after laser resurfacing this should not be done until your surgeon says it's safe to do so, and then you should use new (unused) make-up because used make-up may have bacteria in the container.

In general, episodes of Bell's palsy resolve. However, in some cases the return of facial function may take time (years) and/or may not be 100% complete. Using surgery such as a facelift can be used to correct asymmetries but is typically reserved when it is determined that return of nerve function is highly unlikely. The recommendation should be done in concert with the physician (typically an otolaryngologist) managing your Bell's palsy.I hope this helps.
