Chemosis is very disconcerting for patients. But rest-assured it is self limiting. It can be stubborn to resolve. Eyelid closure is key. In my patients in which chemosis persists for weeks, I use a Frost suture/temporary tarssoraphy. this is a small stitch placed at the corner of the eye to assist with eyelid closure. This can be a very effective treatment

While there is no substitute for a physical exam, you do look as if your eyelid shape looks very good. You have a very well defined crease with very minimal excess skin. Many times some strategic botox or dysport in the crows feet area can give you a "chemical browlift" to help with the skin excess. I would suggest a consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon or dermatologist

It is very difficult to say with out a side view. Prominent eyes have a higher risk of lid malposition after lid surgery. I would recommend evaluation by a board certified plastic surgeon who specializes in eyelid surgery

Thank you for your question. Years ago, the strategy behind lower blepharoplasty was to remove fat from the lower lid. What plastic surgeons have found is that this can , in later years, give the appearance of a sunken or hollowed out appearance. You do have some deepened tear troughs and you would possibly benefit from restoring fat in the space. Secondary blepharoplasty can be very successful when coupled with fat transfer to restore natural lower eyelid shape...

Unfortunately this is a tough question. You appear very young and eyelid surgery at your age may not be the best idea. Many times other, non-surgical treatment can be used to change the eye appearance by changing the structures around the eye such as the eyebrow. Botox or Dysport works very well for this. this is something you may wish to consider

This doesn't sound like a great answer. Your pectoralis muscle has nothing to do with the position of your nipples. It looks like your nipples were not positioned high enough at the first surgery. Sometimes a bigger lift can be acheived with an anchor scar versus just a vertical incision. This is worth a discussion with your plastic surgeon

Very difficult to tell from your pic. There is no substitute for a good exam by a board certified plastic surgeon. Often, gynecomastia can be both fat and tissue. Sometimes a combination of liposuction and direct resection is the best treatment.

After the wound has healed in the first few weeks, the best methods to treat scars are massage and silicone ointments (such as Biocorneum or ScarAway). the scar is not stable until about 8-12 months after surgery. I recommend these treatments for at least this long. If there is a contour deformity after a year, a surgical "touch-up" can be performed. Lasers can help as well.

It is rare for someone to die from non-melanoma skin cancers. Nonetheless they can be aggressive. If left untreated basal cell cancers can erode deep into cartilage and bone and are very locally destructive. squamous cell cancers can be more aggressive and sometimes can metastasize to local lymph nodes. It is best to treat these as soon as they are diagnosed.

Thanks for your question. Mentor (and most other companies) have implant sizes to fit every width and profile. The key is deciding what is best for your frame. Choosing a larger width breast implant can lead to "side boob". Choosing one to narrow will result in wide cleavage. Your board certified plastic surgeon can assist with helping you choose the right size.

Massage can help with this, but I would suggest you followup with your board-certified plastic surgeon to make sure that they agree.
