Wold a derma roller or pen work on my atrophic surgical scar that's had laser before?

I am optimistic that you can get significant improvement in your scar. Dermaroller and Dermastamp will improve the quality of the skin overlying the depression, however, combination treatment will be required for optimal results. The scar is likely tethered and will need to have deep scar tissue freed up. The underlying void will then need to be filled to bring it up to the level of the surrounding tissue. The long term texture and quality of the skin can be addressed...
