This patient had a rhinoplasty 12 years ago. The original procedure involved a “vertical dome division” (a very aggressive technique popular in the 1970s). She developed “bossa” or “knobs” from buckling and collapse of the domal cartilage. All she wanted was a “normal nose”... here we are at one week postop.
