Rhinoplasty is a very artistic and technically challenged procedure.
It requires an in person examine, photographs, and a program that allows for morphing so that we can educate each other as to what you want and what the surgeon can achieve. At the end, one can decide if we can provide you with your desires.
As you change the tip, the nasal base may or may not become more or less harmonious. Morphing helps.

I find that what three different people think a C cup is different. Sizing you with implants in a bra would allow us to look at you in the mirror, take photos of you with the bra and implants will allow us to look at the harmony of the new breast size to your body.
Based on what you have said, I think that a Moderate plus silicone implant would serve you best in a submuscular position. We would start at 250 ccs and will probably endup somewhere between 325 and 375 cc's.

One should discuss with your plastic surgeon your preferences. Look at his before and after photos to see if he is comfortable with it, and gets good results. If not, and that is what you want, find a plastic surgeon whom can do that for you.

The answer is talk to a nutritionist about your diet and get a trainer or join a gym and increase your activities. Plastic surgery can be adjunct to get a great improvement only after you make the first substantial step of changing you diet and exercise pattern.

Liposuction is an ideal tool for individuals close to ideal body weight with a few specific areas that are in need of countouring.   Your ideal body weight would be 130 LBs.   You should work on a diet and exercise program and loos at least 30 to 45 pounds before considering liposuction.
