This male patient had uneven upper eyelids with the left side hanging much lower and over his eyelashes. The outer upper eyelids on both sides were lifted with Blepharoplasty. This patient was not interested in rejuvenating his lower eyes, so the upper eyelids were lifted only slightly to create a rejuvenated yet natural-looking result.
