As you have had multiple procedures it does take a long time for it to settle down, it's normal to be swollen for months post surgery. I would discuss your concerns with your surgeon.

You are very early post op, too early to judge. So fat you have a very pleasing result and you need to give your body time to heal and the implants to settle. If you are really concerned discuss it with your surgeon, but you have to give it time to settle down.

I appreciate your question, but without images, it is difficult to determine your best treatment options. Younger patients with good skin elasticity and a small amount of bulge are generally good candidates for liposuction.
