There are several fat pads under our eyes to cushion the eye. As we age these fat pads become more visible and may need to be removed. Fillers will not help this situation. Most likely you need to get these fat pads removed. You will need research a plastic surgeon in your area that specializes in lower blepharoplasty with removal of the fat to get and assessment.

I takes time to see results.  I usually advise patient to have 4 treatments the the microneedling.  Try doing it with your own blood plasma (PRP).  I find my patients are much more happy with it. I hope this help.  Best of luck

Thank you for providing photos of yourself as well as your goal. From your photos, it appears that you would have enough donor fat to harvest with liposuction and transfer to the buttocks. 
Keep in mind that your fat cells expand and contract based on what they are managing. So with fat transfer, if you continue to lose weight after a Brazilian Butt Lift (fat transfer to buttocks), your fat cells in their new location will respond the same way. It is possible that you can get implants first and decide later if you want to get a lift.  Keep in mind when you combine the treatments your are only paying once for anesthesia one as well as the hopital fees associated with the surgery.  This could make a much bigger cost for you.  Be sure to consult a board Certified Plastic Surgeon in your area to discuss your concerns.  Best of luck to you.

Thank you for your question.  It is not necessary to use lipo foams or ab board post liposuction. Wearing the compression garment for 2 weeks will be fine.  I however ask my patients to wear it of a total of 6 weeks.  The first two weeks 24 hours and the additional 4 weeks only 12 hours a day.  Some of my patients feel more comfortable in the garment and even wear it longer.  It will not effect your results, but help keeps the swelling down.  Every surgeon has post op introductions you shou...

You have to remember that it takes time for yourbody to heal.  You are just 2 week post surgery. I tell my patientsthat the first 3 months about 60% of the swelling is gone and at 6 monthsall the swelling should be resolved, sometimes it does take longer.  Makesure you speak to your surgeon with any concerns you may have.
