Thank you for sharing your case.  Are you able to share a photo of your condition?  How far out from surgery are you?  Sometimes this can be related to bruising under the skin that needs to be cleared by your body.  It is important to wear sunglasses to help to prevent permanent discoloring of your skin.  Make sure that your surgeon is aware of your condition and consider a consultation with a board certified oculoplastic surgeon to help.  Good luck!

Thank you for sharing your case.  I’m glad to hear that you have had a good cosmetic result.  Temporary dry eyes are common after eyelid surgery since it takes some time for your muscle function to return to allow you to blink normally.  Artificial tears, ointment, restasis, and punctual plugs are all temporary measures that your surgeon may recommend.  Good luck!
