Hi, It is always hard to predict what cup size you end up being after any surgery given that is a garment size and not the size of your breasts. However, as a rule of thumb every 150cc is approximately equivalent to one cup size.

Hi Emr, I dont recommend combining the surgeries. This would increase your risks associated with the surgery including DVTs. You should allow at least 6-12 weeks of recovery between the surgeries and ensure your surgeon is happy with your recovery before having another procedure.
12 days post op and shrunk: I’m 12 days post op with 550cc dual plane.
Drop and fluff

Hi. You should allow time for your implants to drop and fluff before they can take their final shape. This often takes 3 to 6 month. Submuscular/dual plane implants always initially sit very high and settle into position slowly as the muscle stretches.
Can areolas always look smaller for e.g. when it’s cold and your areola gets smaller

Hi Monique. This can be a challenging problem to address. The areola size often stretches more after augmentation. You will likely require another areolar reduction at the same time. If your surgeon thinks its suitable a permanent suture can be used as a purse string for a few weeks to stop the areola stretching while the wounds are healing. You should discuss this with your surgeon.

Hi Abigrisk, Although a subpectoral implant would not obscure the view of the breast on a mammogram it is often more difficult obtaining good images after breast augmentation given the breasts can not be flatten in mammography. It is often recommended to use Ultrasound and/or MRI for screening if this is the case. You should discuss this with your doctor.

Hi, The most suitable implant size needs to be customized to your chest and depends on many factors including your breast foot plate width and tissue stretch. The most important determinant of your final shape is going to be your pre-existing breast shape.
