Hello, from your picture it is difficult to assess what bothers you more - the mild ptosis, excess upper lid skin fold, or hollow upper eyelids after your blepharoplasty surgery.
It would be useful for you to review your eyelid appearance in youth, to decide what needs addressing.
I would recommend a consultation with an experienced oculoplastic surgeon, to decide the best way forward.
Plexr would address the loose skin folds well, however will not restore the hollow upper lid...

As with any energy based device skin discolorations are always a possibility.
Meticulous after care and sun protection in the darker skin types and very light skin types (typically Fitzpatrick type 5 and type 1) will reduce the incidence of persistent redness and hyper pigmentation.
I have used Plexr in all skin types since 2015 and have noticed that 5-10 % of patients can have skin discoloration for up to 12 weeks after treatment.

Plexr is very good for tightening excess eyelid skin to give a visible upper eyelid platform. Generally patients with thin crepey skin get good results with 2-3 treatments. However patients with thick skin require more than 3 treatments. The advantage of Plexr if that it gives very natural results without affecting the blink or leaving a scar, however can be an uncomfortable procedure with a couple of week downtime after each treatment.

The tear trough area is extremely challenging as there are many individual anatomical factors at play, which influence the type of technique that an experienced practitioner will choose.
Bruising is a common mild side effect with tear trough fillers, and can be covered with camouflage make up.
Tyndall is the result of a large bolus of filler being placed superficially and bumps are due to large boluses of high G prime fillers placed deep.

Although fat is an excellent permanent facial filler, it can behave unpredictably in the tear trough area with a risk of lumpiness, which would require further surgery to correct.
As the tear trough & lid cheek junction ageing is dynamic and progressive, I do not recommend permanent fillers in this area.

If the primary cause of your under eye dark circles is skin hyperpigmentation, then you will not be a suitable candidate for tear trough dermal fillers.
Most hollow tear troughs are mainly due to volume loss and suitable for treatment with a dermal filler, so I would suggest you seek an opinion from an oculoplastic surgeon who performs a large volume of tear trough dermal filler treatments.
