The left crease needs to be elevated internaly by reattaching the area of the double bubble to the chest wall. there eill be no external incisions.

Good idea to get mammogram and ultrasound.

Sounds and looks like its related to muscle adhesion to skin from submuscular breast augmentation.

Unusual to suddenly occur 5 years afetr surgery.

Can be corrected with acellular dermal matrix material placed between muscle and skin.

Xrays will eliminate any medical cause of problem.

Silicone should never be injected directly into the breast tissue.

Lumps and masses can result and make reading mammograms difficult.

When the silicone can be seen on Mammogram it can be removed surgically.

Your dense and cystic breasrs may be unrelated to the silicone injections.

It would be best to get an MRI test and review it with a olastic surgeon
