Both patients had tumescent anesthesia, subcision with the Taylor Liberator acne scar dissector, Fraxel Repair Laser and 20% TCA blending peel. Patient on the left is one month post op and Patient on the right is 2 weeks post op and also received umbilical cord mesenchymal stem cells post-operatively applied to the skin with occlusion for 30 minutes immediatley post-op.
