Thank you for your question. Yes you can have lipo if you have diastasis recti, however, as you stated, lipo will not correct diastasis recti, only a tummy tuck can correct that. Be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.

It is not always the number of procedures that matter, as much as it is the time you would be under anesthesia, as well as the down time you can allow yourself in order to heal. Every surgeon will be different with the amount of time they will need for surgery. I suggest an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine a surgical plan.

If you are set on not having one, you could get fat reduction with lipo, but you could end up with more skin laxity after. I would suggest an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss the pros and cons of your options.

Thank you for your question. I recommend having the hiatal hernia repaired first, and then having the tummy tuck and BBL at a later date. The hiatal hernia will be repaired by a general surgeon, which your tummy tuck and BBL will be done by a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question and photos. Each surgery depends on the individual needs of the patient. Muscle repair is not required for all patients, but for those with diastasis, or muscle separation, muscle repair would be performed during a tummy tuck. Most women need muscle repair after pregnancy. Based on your photos, I believe muscle repair would give you the best outcome. Please be sure to see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Thank you for your question. You would need an in person consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to answer your question, but generally the incision for a tummy tuck is made low on the abdomen from hip to hip, and would be covered by most bikinis or underwear.

Thank you for your question. No, muscle repair cannot be done with lipo. It would depend on the physician if they include muscle repair in the fee of a tummy tuck or charge them separately. There is no correct way, each physician breaks down their fees differently. The most important thing is to see a board certified plastic surgeon.
