Hello DoriannaG, After three years there is unlikely to be significant filler left. If that is a concern, it can possibly be dissolved. In either case, that should not interfere with your fat take from fat transfer. I would recommend an in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to assess your concerns. From the images, you do appear to have early jowling and some neck laxity. The projection of your chin may also be something to assess further. An in person consultation with a facial plastic surgeon to assess your concerns and whether you would be a better candidate for a necklift or a lower face and neck lift would be my recommendation.
