Brown spots on my face, what can I do?
brown spots
Apr 19, 2017
Hi there!
it is unusual that you are developing skin spotting at such young age but there are solutions. yours is not a typical aging spot where discoloration tend to be broader. your situation is much smaller in size and distinct compared to rest of the skin based on pictures. for your situation we recommend laser treatment on individual spot to remove them. it will take few treatment but based on number of spots and rest of skin tone, results should be satisfying for you. you…
What can I do to get a slimmer and less elongated face? Botox or Buccal fat pad removal?
slimmer and less elongated face
Apr 4, 2017
Hi there!
Thanks for posting question. There are two parts to your question. One is to get less elongated face and other is slimmer face. In a way they are two opposite question since making face elongated would require volume addition and slimmer face would require taking volume out. Looking into it little deeper to your question, I think you would like to change the your facial proportion so that your face doesn’t appear long, meanwhile, you do not like the appearance of protrusion…
How to fix an ugly smile – crooked upper lip.
uneven smile
Mar 31, 2017
Hi there,
Thanks for posting your question. At rest, your lips look great. They are symmetrical and body volume of the lips are good. Has nice proportion to upper and lower lips. I do think that lateral borders of the lips has unproportionally less volume than mid portions of lips. I feel that you can use more volume for the lateral side of the lips to make your lip more proportional to the width of base of the nose. This is good segway for addressing your uneven smile. When you smile…
How could I make my top lip align with my bottom lip?
aligning top and bottom lip
Mar 31, 2017
Hi there,
It appears that you have what we call “retrognathia” which means projection of lower jaw is not aligning with upper jaw. Essentially lower jawbone is set slightly backward. Skin and lips follow the contours of the underlying bone. It would be nice to move the lower jawbone forward to address the fundamental issues. However, it’s invasive, costly, and time consuming. It will require serious commitment to do just that.
Alternatively, there is way to “camouflage” the…
What is the best method to fix the corners of my lips from drooping down?
drooping lip on the corner of upper lip
Mar 31, 2017
Hi there!
I can see that you are lacking volume at the lateral borders of the upper lip. It can be addressed by injection of small amount of the filler. However, once upper lip is augmented as such, I recommend that lower lip volume to be increased to achieve the right balance between upper and lower lips. I think you will be pleased with results!
Juvederm vs Restylane
Juvederm vs Restylane

Hi there,
In experienced hand, either hyaluronic acid based products will lead to great results. Comes down to understanding each product’s physical characteristics and its behavior once it has been injected. The science behind fillers are evolving every day and newer subclass products are being introduced to address everyone’s need. Juvederm, for example, have 4 subclasses in USA (more in Canada & Europe)! I recommend to seek an experienced clinician discuss your…
How much filler will my lips require for a fuller pouty look?
juvederm lip plump
Mar 31, 2017
Hi there,
The end point to how much filler should be given depending on two factors. One is the point where you are satisfied the other is achieving facial proportions with lip augmentation. Of course first is subjective to how happy you are with results at the end of injection and the other is objective measurements! Achieving the balance between those two are the art of deciding how much is enough.
Overall, I do agree that filler on your lip would lead to a pleasing result….
