If you are planning on having more children then you should delay getting breast augmentation. Pregnancy and more specifically, breast feeding, can change the breast shape even after surgery. This can lead to a re-operation. It is best to wait until you are finished pregnancy and at least 3-6 months after completing breast feeding so that you minimize the risk of needing a re-operation.

Your overall results look good. It does not look like your weight gain is related to your abdominoplasty. After liposuction or abdominoplasty, people can have weight fluctations just like anyone else, however the weight gain can be redistributed in a different pattern than before surgery. Sometimes this can be fairly dramatic. A visit with your surgeon can ensure that there is nothing else wrong.
