If you have breast ptosis and perform a breast augmentation alone, it’s possible the implant will sit too low or the breast will drop off the implant. A very small amount of ptosis can be corrected with a highly cohesive implant places in the sub glandular plane along with a circumaerolar mastopexy (where the scar hides around the aerola)

Your body goes through a lot of hormonal changes, post pregnancy, and that results in significant weight changes. Wait until approximately one year prior to having an abdominal plasty. I do think you’ll require an abdominal plasty as it appears to be both separation of the muscles as well as loose skin.

Given the prominent central abdominal scar, a fleur-de-lis, abdominal plasty would make a lot of sense, and would excised tissue both vertically, and will excised the pre-existing scar to make it thinner and more aesthetically appealing
