Thanks for your question. The concern with your nipple asymmetry is largely related to current breast implant malposition. It appears that both implants have fallen to a level below the actual breast (moreso on the left than right), which will tend to distort the appropriate location of the nipple on the breast by making it seem too high. There also appears to be a "double bubble" appearance on the right side, where you can see the lower edge of the implant below...

Congratulations on feeling back to yourself and thinking about enjoying outdoor activities. As long as your Plastic Surgeon has released you, waterskiing should not be a problem. The other back and shoulder muscles should compensate from the repositioning of the Latissimus Dori, if this is the first time really using those groups of muscles you may feel a little weaker.
