Thanks for posting. If you have not tried neurotoxin like Botox, I would recommend this first. You can get significant "softening" in the brow/forehead when done properly. Good luck!

The left inner, lower curve could be improved (may just be the way you are holding your phone) with additional release and possibly a bit more volume added as compared to the right. Hi Y1119 and thanks for posting. There are several ways to approach this, but the most important factor to be considered is YOUR goals. If you feel that the breasts are "way" too small, obviously augmentation should be an integral part of the plan. From the pictures, I see no reason that you could not augment with different size implants to improve your results. Good luck and always use a BCPS!!

Hi Yaelaaa and thanks for posting.  Once you have been given the ok by your regular doctor (you should be following certain dietary restrictions, etc), you should not be at increased risk for BBL.  Please see attached web reference below. Good luck and always use a BCPS!!

Hi Belb2 and thanks for posting.    Yes, it can be done but depends on the location.  My wife had hers removed at the time of augmentation without any adverse issues.   Obviously, you want to be certain of the diagnosis before you proceed with augmentation.  Good luck and always use a BCPS!

Hi Pardonmycomely and thanks for posting.  Unfortunately, no photos opened with your questions. Based on the dimensions provided, you would likely be a very good candidate for BBL.  Anyone who has had children, especially with C-section, may also benefit from skin excision (i.e., tuck) to masimize their results.  Thanks again and good luck!

Hi Sophia94 and thanks for posting.  One of the most important suggestions I can give you is not to go too big.   Stay in the 300-400cc range (probably more low to id 300's).  The cohesive gel (Allergan/Sientra) will give a natural feel.  Moderate plus is probably a good profile. You will need measurements of your breast before final suggestion for size.  This is best during individual consultation.   We also offer simulation with Crisalix.  Good Luck and always use BCPS!

Hi Updatebooty and thanks for posting.  Yes, you can have implants removed and fat graft subcutaneously--as we have done in the past.  As your implant is intramuscular, you could do in one procedure.  Most would agree that it is better to allow 6 months of healing minimum for grafting.   Sculptra will not give the volume you need to replace implants, though other options will likely be available in the future.  While I cannot post a link, you can contact my office to see photos of resu...

Hi Summer6600 and thanks for posting.  From your pictures you appear to be a good candidate for a breast lift.  Implants should not be necessary unless you also desire larger breast (if anything, you could probably go a little smaller to help with support and perkiness). Check with you medical doctor to see that you a candidate for elective surgery.  Fat could be added at the same time or (better) 6-12 months after the lift.  Good luck!

Hi Queen92 and thanks for posting.  You will need a full tummy tuck with lipo to achieve your desired looks.  If you can get your body weight under 200lbs, you will have an even better result. Hi Danicosio and thanks for posting.  Most commonly, one would wait on any elective surgery since many medications or their byproducts used in/for surgery could end up in breast milk.  However, if you felt strongly about removing the implants ASAP, it could be done.  You could pump and store breast milk and then have the procedure done under local with or without pills for relaxation (we have done this surgery both ways).  You would not want to take pills while breast feeding either, tho...

Hi Dreamer5151,Hi and thanks for posting.  From the pictures ou appear to be a very good candidate for BBL.  Some additional pictures would be helpful, but nothing replaces in person consultation withyour  local BCPS.  It is possible that you might benefit from tummy tuck (TT) at some point to optimize your results.  Please see attached web reference.  Good luck!
