Great question. Achieving the look of a smaller nose is definitely possible. Often those nose is made "bigger" which creates the narrowing and definition and creates the illusion or a perceived smaller nose. Asian
noses are typically deficient in cartilage and their tip cartilages
don't contribute much to the shape of their nose - It much more contour
by skin before surgery.
Surgery in this type of nose really
requires projection into the thick skin to create shape and definition...

Great question. Knowing you have thick skin will help you understand what you need to know going into this process. It looks like you may have some Asian ancestry. Thick skin noses, and in particular Asian noses are typically deficient in cartilage and their tip cartilages don't contribute much to the shape of their nose - It much more contour by skin before surgery.
