Thanks for your question. Your anxiety and apprehension about the surgery is appreciated but I can honestly tell you that 99% of patients are happy with their size and shape after surgery. Most patients wish they had done this at an earlier age and had not waited till their early 40s or later. Having a breast reduction will improve your posture, ease back and neck pain, improve your ability to find suitable clothing, and make you proportionate. Based on your pictures, it does not appear that you will require a lift. The projection (moderate) of the implant chosen may result in a 0.5 cm lift (at most) but it will “fill out” the breast nicely especially the bottom. This will result in the look that is has been lifted. The moderate profile 325-350cc implant may be a bit too wide and give you too much cleavage as your breasts naturally sit close together. Your results so far look pretty good. If you were a 36B pre-op, the size of implant chosen will increase you by at least 2-2.5 cup sizes. Approximately 175 cc-200cc will increase you a cup. You will absolutely be a D at minimum. Rest easy and relax.

I am sure you understand that the implants you are looking at having placed will no doubt increase your breast size and make you look fuller. I think the question you are asking however is, will they make you look “heavier”. At a certain point in any woman, if you place too large of an implant (more specifically wide), they will make that person appear obese or heavy when in clothing.
