It is best to be seen by a surgeon for complete evaluation, but neck liposuction, buccal fat excision and jawline fillers may all be options. Neck liposuction removes the fat just below the skin under the chin and along the jawline but not up on the cheek. You seem to have some fullness in the area of the buccal fat (on the cheek). This can be treated with an incision inside the mouth and removal of that fat. There is no way to know based on your photos if these are the best options,...

Weight gain can cause some laxity of the skin that may remain even after your 100lb weight loss. A combined lower face and neck lift will lift up the structures that have fallen down with gravity and remove the excess skin. Therefore it is best to combine the two. Just remember that even with this complete lift, there may be some lax skin, but your overall result should be excellent.

All looks very good. Normal for the neck muscles to bulge a little for the first year due to swelling. With the tincture of time, all the swelling will likely resolve. Very nice result in my opinion!

Voluma is not an ideal filler for the lips. The characteristics of Voluma as a filler are best used for deep injections. The complete opposite is generally needed for the lips. Some people may do well with Voluma to the lips, but if you have an issue with it, it is best to go to a different, less thick filler.

You seem to be an excellent candidate for full neck liposuction that will help sharpen the angle as well help define your jaw out to the sides as well. The fat liposuctioned from the neck will not be enough for the BBL or contribute to it significantly. It is important for your surgeon to do an exam and make sure you don't have any loose muscle or skin that I can not see on your photo.

It's hard to pass judgement on any results 6 weeks after surgery. There is normal swelling and that can make it seem like you still have swelling and jowls. My advice is to be patient, follow your surgeons recommendations and follow up with your surgeon. Final results could take an entire year to show themselves. Your surgeon will have more standardized photos as well to better assess how you are improving.

We age not only with gravity but with volume loss in our face. For best results we like to do lifts (facelift) to treat the gravity and volume replacement (fillers of fat transfer) together. Timing depends on personal preference. I usually will do fat transfer at the same time as the facelift. If we are choosing to use fillers, I usually wait one month after surgery (when the swelling has decreased) to more precisely place the filler.

At three weeks out from surgery, it is normal to have swelling that can lead to tightness and temporary inactivity of the nerves. However, it is important to follow up with your surgeon to fully assess the activity of your nerves and your skin. Sometimes the hibernation of nerves lasts a few weeks and sometimes can take longer. Follow up regularly with your surgeon to follow up and make sure there is improvement of the nerve function.

It is hard to give a definitive answer without performing a physical exam or with better photos of your neck in a neutral position. However, it seems to me that if your surgeon did a proper lift from the sides, it would be easy to do a platysmaplasty with an incision under your neck alone, without having to redo the other incisions.

It is unlikely that this area is causing the pain that you are feeling. It is normal for some deeper stitches to come to the surface occasionally, and if they are dissolvable, will go away on their own. Sometimes we can get sharp pains and irrtitations, not because the nerves are effected, but because of the deeper normal healing process.
I tried Ultherapy and Botox. Am I out of options for my eyelids or can I try something else before

If Ultherapy and other light modalities haven't worked it would be best to consider and upper lid blepharoplasty. There is some new buzz with the plasma pen, but I do not have enough experience with it to comment fully on it. That being said, I would only recommend an upper eyelid lift for you.

At this point it is normal to have significant swelling of the nose. It is common for the tip of the nose to look more upturned initially and will likely drop over the course of the year. Follow up with your surgeon to discuss steroid shots and taping the nose. Only after a year will you better be able to evaluate the effect of the hump removal.

It is possible to add the platysmaplasty to your facelift. You do not have excess skin as your surgeon has done a nice job of lifting the excess away. It is hard to tell for sure without your preoperative photos and better post operative photos, but I am confident a platysmaplasty would be a good addition to the work you've had done already. I would wait 6 months for everything to heal prior to adding this procedure.

Hard to give a full answer without your before photos, but everything looks normal for 3 weeks after surgery. Swelling and tightness can often make a line that looks too sharp initially. Follow up with your surgeon, but I am confident that with time and massage, the sharp line will resolve and you will be happy with your result.

Voluma is too thick to be used in such a delicate area, and is best used for deep injections of the cheeks and jawline. I have had success treating lip lines with Juvederm Vollure as a deeper injection to the base layer and then another layer of Vollure to each individual lip line after that. Vollure, like Voluma, doesn't absorb as much water as Juvederm Ultra and therefore goes in like honey without too much swelling after.
