Good morning and thank you for your question! It maybe that the botox was not enough to relax the mentalist muscle there. I would consider having the area filled with a filler as this will be a definitive way to fill in those areas of concern. I wish you luck with the rest of your journey.

Injecting stronger Botox solution. Is this safe?

Good day and thank you for your question. Given the length of time you’ve been using botox injections, it is likely that you have developed a resistance to it. I would consider trying a different product such as Xeomin and see if you have a better response to it. I would not increase the dose of the botox as your first option. Can I inject Botox just to frontalis?

Good day and thank you for your question. It is possible to inject botox to your forehead (frontalis muscle) without injecting into the glabellar area. I would just be cognizant of your brow position as the botox might uniformly lower your brow position depending on how low the botox is injected. Good luck with the rest of your journey!

Good day and thank you for your question. The bruising is more likely the result of the injection being close to a superficial blood vessel. It is less likely that more botox was injected in the side with the bruise. If you bruise easily, you should use a post treatment lotion which i recommend some of my patients use. Good day and thank you for your question. It is common to have some wet spots on your face during the injection. These area can correspond to blood which is coming out from the injection site. It is hard to know exactly however that is most likely what the wet spot is that is being wiped off. If you have a good result with the botox, I would not be concerned that it is a waste of the botox as you had a good result after the treatment. Good luck with the rest of you journey!
