What is the best option for age spot removal on the face?

Thank you for your question. Age spots can be difficult to treat. We have found a combination of treatments work best. Lasers work well, but you need prescription strength topical cr. to be effective. The lasers I recommend would be BBL, Halo or fractionated Co2. The best results are accomplished through multiple treatments. Not all skin types are good candidates for laser.
Is it safe to have Halo laser procedure 6 months after MOHS?

Eternity, thanks for your question. My office and I use Halo and several other lasers to treat scars after surgery. Halo is a great treatment but maybe not necessarily for scar treatment. Halo is best for whole face.
Is Deka CO2 laser products good for acne scar treatment?

Thanks for your question. We have the DEKA and have had good results with scarring. We also use the Sciton Pro Fractional laser. Scarring is deep and usually difficult to treat. Multiple treatments may be required along with support from good skin care.
Is it common to have tenderness after a Vanquish treatment?

Yes it is common to have a tender area after Vanquish. There can be a spot of fat necrosis that may cause a lump or tender area. Light message may help, we use a Zwave to help break up the fat after the Vanquish treatment. Make sure you are well hydrated before the next treatment. 
Can I Have Chemical Peel Done On My Face After Having Surgical Dermabrasion?

A chemical peel would be appropriate. You must have your skin evaluated by a Dermatologist or Plastic Surgeon to determine best peel or laser to use. Lasers typically stimulate more collagen and may be appropriate for you. Thanks for you question.

Thanks for you question. There are so many variables with laser cost. The depth, type of laser, product, anesthesia, and location of the practice. The price you have quoted seems very reasonable.

Hi thank you for your question. Yes it sounds and looks like you have closed Comedones on your forehead. The skin needs to exfoliate. There are many treatment options including use of tretinoin or retinols. You may also want to try a scrub and tone your skin with a mild salycitic acid. Sometimes a topical or internal antibiotic is used.
