You may be a good candidate for Liposuction with fat transfer to the Buttocks. Liposuction of the Abdomen, Flanks and possibly the bra rolls would possible help achieve the results you are hoping for by giving you better definition of the waist and stomach. Although no surgeon can promise to match photos, you would be able to get good results in the hands of a qualified surgeon.

Fat from the Back (Bra roll or lower flank) is just as suitable as fat from the abdominal area for transfer. As for the chance of weight gain, Liposuction with Fat Transfer does not reduce the chance of gaining weight in the same areas after the procedure.

You may be a good candidate for abdominal etching with liposuction and fat transfer to the buttock. The liposuction would definitely help achieve a more smooth abdomen. You still can achieve a natural buttock with fat transfer, the fat transfer just needs to be placed in a manner that will avoid the look of any drooping or over projection.

Depending on how long after the surgery, you may drive home if you have a safe way of positioning yourself in your vehicle.

In regards to allergy to anesthesia, A BBL requires you to be put under general anesthesia ( propofol falls under this category) . I would book you for a pre-operative interview with the Anesthetist that would preform your anesthesia, If they deem that is unsafe for you to undergo the anesthesia then you would unlikely be able to have the surgery preformed.
