Everything looks very normal. Pain is just part of the journey for surgical patients. This differs from patient to patient. Ofcourse if you are 2 weeks down the track and still in agony then speaking with your surgeon would be advised.

Unfortunately removing tape can be a little painful. In your case very painful. I suggest to my patient to remove tape off in the shower whilst wet- it is not a huge problem if your steri strips get wet as you can dry them with a hair dryer. Or another option l suggest to patients is using olive oil. This is a great alternative. However please make sure you do not get it on your wounds. Great Question!In my opinion no lift is required. You have a great chest to augment and with a 325cc implant behind the muscle you will have a beautiful result. You will achieve a fabulous cleavage with l suspect small C cup breasts.Good luck with your surgery.

Very common questions plastic surgeons get asked constantly!If you have visited my practice l would be suggesting a Breast Lift with Implants. I do a lot of revisions for patients who come to me disappointed with the position of there big breasts after just having large implants inserted to try and lift the breasts. I don’t like giving unnecessary scars , however in your case it would be a far better outcome.I wish you all the best with your surgery.

It is incorrect to say that because you are athletic you cannot go under the muscle. My suggestion, like the other surgeons have made, is to place the implant under the muscle, and possibly have a moderate profile textured implant instead of the teardrop to enhance your upper pole. Good Luck

Unfortunately if you saw the before shot of the girls in your wish pics, they would most definitely not look like yours. Therefore it is very difficult to get your breasts sitting like theirs. My advice is to have your implants replaced and combine that with some sort of lift. Just going up in size or to a high round profile implant will not improve the overall look. Please visit a fully qualified Plastic Surgeon with experience in reconstructive/replacement implant surgeries.
