The most conservative approach would be waiting until you are healed from your tonsillectomy prior to getting lip filler. During a tonsillectomy a mouth guard is placed around the teeth and lips which may put a small amount of stretch on the lip. This could result in a small risk of interfering with the lip filler because dermal fillers settle into place for the first 3 weeks after placement.

This is a typical incision design for a neck lift, however, your incision is experiencing persistent redness and some increased width behind the ear. There is also appears to be some asymmetry with the position of the earlobe. Silicone gel can be applied to surgical incisions to assist with softening scars, improving redness, and promote optimal healing. If poor scarring/asymmetry persist after 1 year a scar revision can be performed to achieve a less conspicuous incision.

The neck lift will not improve the contour of the chin. Chin dimpling and bumpiness can occur due to excessive contraction of the underlying chin muscle (mentalis muscle). Botox can be used in this area to soften the muscle and improve the overlying skin contour. Any contour issues which persist can then be carefully treated with dermal fillers.
